Very interesting article – a little hard to follow – but the interesting point is that Ms. Bailey says that the project is opposed due to the height, not because of density – funny thing is that in 2010 she was opposed to a 5 story project in the neighborhood solely because of it’s density…. Rather inconsistent…..

The article mentions the project still needs City Council final approval. But, the building is almost complete!? I’m not sure I follow.

They can’t be both for and against “that height”.

Maybe better editing is needed on Raleigh Public Record — or at least proofreading.
