Violence Awareness Vigil Held Across from City Hall

WRAL’s Ken Smith reports that, last night, Raleigh residents read aloud the names of each of the city’s 35 homicide victims from 2008; video footage is posted online.  Sorry you missed it? Free Bus Service Ceremony Next Week

The City of Raleigh has posted that the new downtown bus service will be launched Friday, Feb. 13. The kickoff ceremony begins at 8:30 a.m. in front of the Raleigh Convention Center on Salisbury Street.
