Sometime overnight someone stole a Mio GPS, a Nintendo DS and four Nintendo DS video games from a car parked outside a home on the 3700 block of Tryon Ridge Road.

Early Monday morning someone stole a black and gray wallet, a NC driver’s license, a State Employee Credit Union check book, two credit cards and $50 from a car parked outside a home on the 5400 block of Kassia Lane.

Sometime overnight someone stole a Garmin GPS and a cell phone charger from a car parked on the 4300 block of Karlbrook Lane.

Early Monday morning someone stole $1624 worth of tile from a Neuse Tile Service on the 8500 block of Holdenby Trail.

Sometime overnight someone stole a chainsaw, a Dewalt drill, a drive set, a Dewalt sawzall, a cordless impact gun, a Cobra CB radio, a battery tester, a cell phone and a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from a car parked on the 400 block of Colleton Road.

Police arrested a man, 35, for drug possession on the 5800 block of Blacksmith Drive at about 9 a.m.

Just after noon someone stole a catalytic converter, an exhaust pipe and a resonator from Hazin Auto Service on the 100 block of Ileagnes Drive.

At 1 p.m. someone assaulted a man, 22, on the 2300 block of Garner Road.

Police arrested a woman, 40, for trying to steal a white suit from a Macy’s on the 3800 block of Sumner Boulevard.

Just after 3 p.m. someone assaulted a man, 46, with a gun on the 400 block of East Davie Street.

Someone assaulted a 30-year-old man outside of his home on the 1700 block of Gorman Street at about 7:40 p.m.

At 8:30 Monday night someone assaulted a woman, 29, outside of an apartment building on the 3900 block of Gorman Street.

At about 11:30 p.m. police arrested a 30-year-old woman for pot possession on the 2400 block of Derby Drive.
